Before starting
Use a streaming endpoint you own or are authorized to access. Prefer RTMPS where supported. Check the URL, stream key, network uplink, camera/mic permissions and receiver compatibility.
Network and reconnect
If a stream does not reach the receiver, check server availability, firewall/port, credentials and sender logs. Stop and restart only after checking whether the existing stream is still active.
Send a support request
Include Android version, device model, app version and a redacted problem description. Never email stream keys or passwords.
