Controller and purpose
Medicw Limited publishes Mobile Broadcaster, a phone-to-server live camera and microphone streaming tool. No Mobile Broadcaster account is required.
Camera and microphone
The app accesses camera and microphone only for requested preview or streaming functions. A live stream starts after your explicit action and remains visible through an Android foreground-service notification with Stop.
Destination and transport
Video and audio go directly to your configured RTMP, RTMPS or SRT server or provider, not to a Medicw Limited-operated media relay. RTMPS uses TLS; plain RTMP is not TLS-encrypted. A selected receiver may record your media or connection logs under its own policies.
Local information
Connection profiles, stream destination credentials, QR-imported information, recent sessions and network/device diagnostics are processed or stored locally. Sensitive destination information is masked and protected with Android local security mechanisms. ZXing-based QR decoding occurs on-device.
Analytics and advertising
This application does not include a developer-operated account system, advertising SDK or behavioral analytics backend. Medicw Limited does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Remove saved profiles in the app, or clear app storage or uninstall to delete app-local information. Medicw Limited cannot delete recordings or logs held by a separate streaming destination that you configured.
Children
This technical broadcaster is not designed for children.
Policy changes
We may update this policy if the app, SDKs or data practices change. The effective date will be updated for material revisions.
